Rules & Regulations
An application accepted is your commitment for the market. NO REFUNDS will be made for any reason. In case of rain and cancellation of the event, the booth fee will be returned to the vendor.
Booth size is 12x12.
Registration and set up begins at 6:30 am on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Springdale Estate. Booths must be ready by 8:30 a.m. The market will open to the public at 9:00 a.m and will run to 1:00 p.m. Vendors may not break booths down until the close of the market.
Please unload your equipment as quickly as possible and move vehicles as soon as possible to allow other vendors to do the same.
Vendors must be in their booth for the entire day. Please plan to have relief for meal and bathroom breaks. AJWC members will be available throughout the day to help you if needed.
Vendors will bear the responsibility of setup and security needs for their booth. AJWC is not liable for damages or lost articles of any kind.
Generators are not allowed. If you need access to electricity or water, please indicate this need on your application. There will be an additional $25 fee. This should only be used to facilitate sales, not for personal use.
Vendors are responsible for furnishing their own tents, tables, display racks, extension cords, etc.
No pets allowed.
All sales tax will be the responsibility of the vendor (9.5%). You will be provided an RDS sales tax form that the vendor is responsible for turning in.
Please park all vehicles in the reserved location.
The AJWC reserves the right to remove a vendor from the market for conduct unbecoming to the AJWC, Three Notch Market or City of Andalusia.
Each vendor is responsible for following all Alabama Health Department rules and regulations as well as fire safety codes.
No alcohol allowed for sale or consumption.
Vendors are responsible for keeping your area clean. Please bag all trash and it will be removed throughout the day.
Upon receipt of your application, you will receive personal confirmation as well as further instructions via mail from the AJWC Vendor Chairman.
